GoSolo (by Team Subkit) is an online platform that features stories from small business around the world, hoping to inspire people to start their entrepreneurial journey and educate them more about the industry. When one of their authors reached out to Christy for an interview, she was more than happy to share her knowledge and experience in food and beverage with the platform's global community!

Christy started her journey into the food and beverage industry by studying French Culinary at Dubrulle International Culinary Arts, after which she enjoyed a fruitful career from working at a number of different hotels and privates members clubs in the next 20 years. After attaining success, Christy had a change of heart and decided to start a new love affair with coffee and opened her very own café in September 2020. These days, you'll find Christy making a mess in our kitchen whipping up batches of treats and sandwiches instead of an office typing and approving documents on a desk.
Christy is fortunate enough to have a wealth of knowledge and experience to refer to while opening and managing inBtwn Café, but that might not be the case for others who are still trying to get their feet wet in the industry.
