Christy has been in the Food and Beverage Industry for the last 20 years and it really shows! She started her journey at Dubrulle International Culinary Arts where she studied French Culinary after moving to Vancouver from Winnipeg (if you're a prairie local, come and say hi!). She then worked at several private members' clubs where managed everything from casual dining to fine dining - which she excelled at especially with her strong background in wines - before she started a new love affair with coffee and opened her very own cafe. These days, you'll typically see Christy running around like a mad woman covered in flour as she whips up home-made sweet treats and savoury bites that are guaranteed to make you fall in love with our small cafe and come back for more!
